Illustration Friday - "Sticky"

"Sticky" brings to mind many things in my house - so I set them all on the coffee table and drew them! Click on the photo above to see it bigger and better. Micron pen and Prismacolor markers (including the new blues, thanks, Mom!) To see more of my stuff, click on "home" below!

I agree with everyone here, this is a lovely drawing: nice detail, I really like the lines, the colours are wonderful too.

I also like that I recognize what some of these itmes are but they aren't spelled out obviously.

I want to get out some markers now!

Hi! Its your cousin Laura...my mom was talking to your mom and told me about your site, I loved seeing all the stuff that you were doing and it actually inspired me to start drawing and creating hands on art again. It was just what I was looking for. I look forward to seeing the new things that you have created.

If you don't have a sketchbook, then you should definitely get one and fill it with pages and pages of life around you, just like this lovely capture of your larder contents. Love it!
