Studio Friday - "Collections"

This is (part of) my majolica teapot collection. Studio Friday was a good reason to take it down off the shelves and dust it and appreciate it again. My sister started it all with the cabbage teapot.

Oh, beautiful! I used to collect tea pots - the cheap kind though. It was my very first collection when I moved out of my parents house and needed to do something that was my own. I don't remember what happened to them...garage sale probably! Very nice collection!

These are beautiful! How big are they? The look like they would be so fun to serve tea from!!

Of course, seeing as how we have so much in common, I also have a teapot collection! Not majolica though. Lovely photo!

How cool!! I LOVE your collection of teapots. I LOVE tea so I have a few teapots - but nothing like yours! I do have a piano and a dinosaur that my hubbie bought me. They are great fun!! Great post! Thank you for sharing your wonderful collection(s)! Have a great weekend!

Ok so I fell in love with these teapots of yours and have been looking at various ones on the internet. I have to say... my VERY favourite one is the pumpkin....... wow.. it's just STUNNING! I can see why you collect these beautiful tea pots! What gorgeous decorations they make! I could see myself actually using the pumpkin one..... it's just SO ME! I showed my hubby and gave him a hint that I need just one.... just the pumpkin one....so it's on my Birthday list ( thanks for being such an enabler ;)! HAHAHAH!!)
have a great weekend

I had no idea there wer teapots as lovely as yours. Do you use them for tea? They are really unique - I think I would spend hours looking at them and never get any work done LOL
