Yesterday was my birthday! It was kind of nutty, schedule-wise, so today we are having my birthday dinner and my traditional German chocolate (dairy-and-gluten-free) cake, made from scratch by my men. They're in the kitchen now. I've been told not to interfere. I hope they remember the baking powder this year...Here is a detail from my current painting. It is painted from my own tulips from my yard. It's bigger than my bird paintings, so it's taking a little longer.
